This bourbon was released by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, a family-owned independent company which owns this and many other whiskey labels as well as the Willett Distillery which was reopened in 2012. This is a single barrel bottling of a Kentucky straight bourbon and is bottle at barrel strength. Each label will display both the age and the proof as well as the barrel number.

Willett Purple Foil, simply one of life's great pleasures. Cinnamon, light Maple, flavors of spicy red hot candy. Amazing finish. At above 60%, this blossoms with a couple drops of water. I'm going to say it again. Finish is simply amazing. Kentucky Hugs given out with each sip. So fantastic
If I were to taste Noah’s Mill and this side by side it would appear that the super expensive 7 yr Rye tastes like Noah’s with water. The toasted cinnamon stick signature of Noah’s is very strong. Good but not worth secondary by a LONG shot.
"Parlez-vous francais" - vanilla, apple, cinnamon, similar profile to Noah's Mill but better
