Willett Lady Marmalade Family Estate Single Barrel 8 Year Bourbon

Aromas were all wood and some vanilla. Toasted caramel notes. Flavor was very very hot. Wood was the most noted flavor. A few drops of water and it opened up nicely with caramel. Sweet vanilla. Sweet fruits and still a lot of oak. Amazing to get to try it.
