An intense, first batch of 6-year-old Williamson single malt from a famous though undisclosed Islay distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Batch 1 is a release of 595 bottles. It has an aromatic birth with notes of caramelized brown sugar, thick peat smoke, along with hints of red rope licorice, nut roast, apple pie filling & Branston Pickle; while a bold life adds notes of Peat furnaces, wood fires, barbecued burnt ends & green apple; that led to a long & warm death with notes of smoked cheese, sea salt & apple slices.
