Solid. A lot of corn and some cherry on the nose. Smooth for the proof, worth trying. Easy drinker overall with decent flavor
This whiskey is made from 100% "Bloody Butcher" red corn. It is aged in Missouri-made Chikapin white oak toasted barrels. Each barrel is made from staves that were air-dried and washed by rain for multiple years. Because it is made in single barrel batches and bottled at cask strength, each batch will yield a different ABV.

Strong corn aroma and flavor. White oak creates a nice smoothness. Nice burn in the aftertaste.
