Pedro Ximenez rules and you can taste the sherry right away. Well balanced, the peatiness is soft and subtle, you can taste it in the end, almost as an aftertaste. If you are looking for something quite smoky this is not the one, but I would recommend it to anyone who wants something a bit complex
About this bottle
