History

Stirred and strong, this nightcap is fuelled by mezcal and cognac.

In 2014, Ezra Star, at Drink in Boston, USA, created a variation on the Martinez. This drink is named for the start of The Mexican Revolution, a half-decade conflict that began in 1910 and profoundly reshaped Mexican culture and government.
