Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/6 oz Absinthe
1/2 oz Lime cordial
1/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge .
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
