Ingredients
3 wedge Lime (fresh)
8 fresh Mint leaves
5/6 oz Absinthe
3 oz Lemonade
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
- 1 Squeeze and drop lime wedges into glass half-filled with crushed ice
- 2 Add mint and absinthe and churn with ice
- 3 Fill glass with more crushed ice and TOP with lemonade (or lemon-lime soda).
