1 1/2 oz Absinthe
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
1 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1 oz Whipping cream

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.
