Ingredients
1 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
1/2 oz OP high ester aged pot still rum
1/2 oz Amaro (e.g. Averna)
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
4 drop Daiquiri bitters
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and lime slice wheel.

- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish
- 5 Dust with freshly grated nutmeg and garnish with lime wheel.

This sweet and sour almond daiquiri blends Tiki and aperitivo/digestivo styles. Serving over crushed ice is recommended, as this cocktail, like others of its type, benefits from dilution. A splash of water can be added if serving on the rocks.
