Ingredients

1 oz White crème de menthe
1/2 oz White overproof rum
1 oz Coffee liqueur

How to make

Serve in a snifter/brandy balloon glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-heat a SNIFTER/BRANDY BALLOON GLASS.

Method

  1. 2 POUR all ingredients into glass.
  2. 3 SWIRL glass to mix ingredients.
  3. 4 Tip glass to near horizontal, and CAREFULLY flambé.
  4. 5 EXTINGUISH flame by covering flaming tankard with base of the other tankard.
