1 1/2 oz Aged grappa
3/4 oz Espresso coffee (hot)
3/4 oz Coffee liqueur
1/6 oz Brown sugar syrup
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare coffee beans for garnish.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.
