Ingredients

1 cube Superfine/caster sugar
4 dash Aromatic bitters
1/2 oz Bourbon whiskey
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a flute glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select a FLUTE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of peach wedge.

Method

  1. 3 COAT sugar cube with bitters and drop into chilled glass.
  2. 4 POUR bourbon and then sparkling wine into glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with peach wedge.
