1/2 oz Sauvignon Blanc wine

1/2 oz Apple juice

1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

1/2 oz Lime juice

1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

1 DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients to emulsify
2 Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.
