Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin
1/6 oz Advocaat liqueur
1/2 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1 dash Cardamom bitters

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (cut to be used to form a cross).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest over cocktail and then use as a garnish to form a cross shape on the cocktail.

History

Gin, lemon juice, and Advocaat create a pale yellow drink. Vanilla syrup balances the flavour, with cardamom adding liveliness.
