2 oz Cognac (brandy)

1/2 oz Lemon juice

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

1 STIR heaped spoon of orange marmalade with cognac in base of shaker until marmalade dissolves
2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
