Ingredients

2 dried Star anise
1 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Black sambuca liqueur
1/2 oz Aniseed liqueur
1/2 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of star anise.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE star anise in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with star anise floated on surface.
