Ingredients

1/2 oz Triple sec
1/2 oz Reposado tequila
1/2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a sling glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail. (Skewer through either side of lemon with cherry skewered in the centre.)

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with skewered lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
