3 oz Prosecco
2 oz Orange-red aperitivo
1 oz Soda water

Serve in a wine glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

  1. 3 POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
  2. 4 FILL glass with ice.

History

Slightly sweet, herbal, refreshing and quaffable. The recommendation is equal parts prosecco and liqueur topped with soda. A 3:2:1 ratio is lighter on liqueur and noticeably fizzier, and perhaps should be stipulated.
