Ingredients

2 slice Fresh ginger
2 oz Vanilla vodka
1/2 oz Chartreuse Green
2 1/2 oz Apple juice
1 1/2 oz Sauvignon Blanc wine

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of apple slice .

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

History

Strong in flavour and high in alcohol content.
