Ingredients

1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Apple juice

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cucumber slices.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping).
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

Apple and elderflower, and apple and Zubrówka are magic. Cucumber enhances these flavour combinations.

First found in 2007 at Public Restaurant, New York City, USA.
