1 1/6 oz Apple Schnapps
5/12 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth

This cocktail is an interpretation of a late 1990s creation by David Marsden at First on First in New York City, later popularized by Dale DeGroff. David Marsden's initial recipe contained only two components: 2 oz Maker's Mark bourbon and 1 oz Berentzen Apfel Korn.
