Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Mastiha liqueur
1/6 oz Fernet liqueur
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Chocolate bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard.

This recipe is adapted from a drink created by Thanos Prunarus at Baba Au Rum in Athens. The original recipe featured 50ml Martell Cordon Bleu cognac.
