Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
2 1/4 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Apple juice
4 dash Creole bitters

How to make

Serve in a toddy glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cinnamon stick.

Method

  1. 3 POUR all ingredients into glass and stir.
  2. 4 MICROWAVE for 40 seconds (vary time depending on your microwave oven).
  3. 5 Briefly STIR.
