Ingredients

1 fresh Passion fruit
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1/4 oz Passion fruit syrup
30 Unspecified
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a sling glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of physalis (cape gooseberry).

Method

  1. 3 Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker.
  2. 4 ADD vodka, passion fruit syrup, pear and lemon juice.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. 7 TOP with sparkling wine.

Garnish

  1. 8 Garnish with physalis (cape gooseberry) on rim.
