Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1/2 oz Black raspberry liqueur
1 1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprig speared raspberry.

Method

  1. 3 STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with sparkling wine.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with mint speared raspberry.
