Ingredients

1 fresh Fresh peach
1 1/2 oz Rose petal liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of peach wedge.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE peach in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with peach wedge on rim.
