5/6 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Banana (yellow) sugar syrup
2 dash Aromatic bitters
1/3 oz Chilled water

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of dried banana chip.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 5 Garnish with dried banana chip pegged to rim.
