Ingredients

2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Banana liqueur
4 oz Pineapple juice
1 fresh Banana
1 oz Cream of coconut

How to make

Serve in a hurricane glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of banana chunk (cut garnish from centre of banana and place the rest in the blender to make the cocktail).

Method

  1. 3 BLEND all ingredients with 1.5 x 7oz scoops of crushed ice.
  2. 4 POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with banana chunk on rim.

History

Use a whole banana per drink for authentic flavour.
