Ingredients

1 oz Banana rum
1 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
3/4 oz Vermouth alla vaniglia
1 dash Aromatic bitters
2 drop Abbott's bitters

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of float dehydrated banana chip or peg to rim.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
