1 oz Green crème de menthe
1/2 oz Whipping cream
1/2 oz Milk (whole/full 3-4% fat)
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and mint sprig.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
