2 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
1/2 oz Becherovka liqueur
1 dash Wormwood bitters
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of apple fan or dehydrated apple slice.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

History
Based on the classic B & B cocktail; rum replaces brandy and Becherovka replaces Bénédictine.
Created in 2009 by Marian Beke at the Artesian Bar, this cocktail is associated with the Langham Hotel in London, England. The Artesian Bar is located opposite the BBC's Broadcasting House. The BBC relocated to the Langham after their Broadcasting House was damaged during the Second World War, staying there for nearly 20 years.
