Ingredients

5/6 oz Rye whiskey 50% abv
5/6 oz Reposado tequila
1 1/2 oz Apple juice
1/4 oz Honey and water syrup
1 2/3 oz Ginger ale

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of apple wedge or slice.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger ale.

  1. 5 Garnish with apple wedge or slice.
