Ingredients

7 fresh Mint leaves
1 oz Chartreuse Green
1 oz Bison grass vodka
3 1/2 oz Apple juice
1/4 oz Passion fruit syrup

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

History

A long, refreshing drink with notes of caramelised apple.

Milo Rodriguez created this drink in 2003 at Raoul's Bar in Oxford. It is named after Beetlejuice, the Tim Burton film about a couple's afterlife adventures following their deaths.
