1 2/3 oz Vodka
5/12 oz Peach schnapps
1 2/3 oz White peach purée
3 dash Peach bitters

Serve in a martini glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of peach wedge on rim or orange zest twist.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
