Ingredients
1 oz Reposado tequila
1/2 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1/3 oz Mezcal
1/3 oz Thyme liqueur
1/3 oz Chilled water
2 drop Saline solution 4:1
How to make
Serve in a nick & nora glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of thyme sprig.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 5 Garnish with thyme sprig.
