1 2/3 oz Vodka
5/6 oz Gin
1/2 oz Rosolio Bergamotto

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

Rosolio di Bergamotto liqueur adds complexity to vodka and gin botanicals.

This drink was created based on a suggestion by Nick Hopewell-Smith, who recommends "75ml of the hard stuff and around 10ml of the adulterant." He also notes, "for a lemony variant, I use Nardini Acqua Di Cedro."
