Ingredients

2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Peach schnapps
1/2 oz Orange juice
1/4 oz Grenadine syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist &/or peach wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with orange zest twist (expressed over cocktail) &/or peach wedge on rim.

History

Gin with sweet peach, orange, and pomegranate.

This particular formulation is derived from Victor Bergeron's 1972 revised edition of *Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide*. The recipe for this drink is presented as follows: "BERMUDA COCKTAIL 1 ¾ ounces gin ¾ ounce peach brandy 2 dashes grenadine 2 dashes orange juice Shake with ice cubes. Strain into large chilled cocktail glass."
