Ingredients
1 oz Batavia arrack
1/2 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
3/4 oz Pineapple juice
1 barspoon Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Pimento bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
