Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Tuaca liqueur
1/2 oz Hazelnut liqueur
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Orange juice

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This recipe is an adaptation of one developed by chef Kathy Casey Food Studios in Seattle, USA. Chef Casey's original version specified a sugar rim and the use of tangerine juice.
