Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Elderflower liqueur

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 RIM glass with smoked cinnamon (moisten outside edge with orange juice and dip into cinnamon).
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
