Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dark/black rum
1 1/2 oz Orange juice
1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/4 oz Falernum liqueur
1 dash Aromatic bitters

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered maraschino cherry and orange slice wheel (sail)..

Method

  1. 3 POUR all ingredients into glass half filled with crushed ice.
  2. 4 SWIZZLE and then fill the glass with more crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered orange slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).
