Ingredients
7 fresh Raspberries
1/2 oz Vodka
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a shot glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a SHOT GLASS.
Method
- 2 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
- 3 Add next 3 ingredients (all but sparkling wine) and SHAKE with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5 TOP with sparkling wine.
