3/4 oz Raspberry liqueur
1/4 oz Maple syrup

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of strawberry on rim.

  1. 3 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This cocktail was created in 2003 by Simon King at MJU at the Millennium Hotel in London, England.
