Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Orange Curaçao
1/2 oz Oloroso sherry
1/2 oz Chilled water

Serve in a martini glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange and lemon grated zest mixed with caster sugar rim.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
