Ingredients
5/6 oz Cachaça (unaged)
5/6 oz Orange Curaçao
5/6 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
2 dash Aromatic bitters
1 2/3 oz Ginger ale
1 2/3 oz Cola
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon, orange and strawberry slices, mint sprig and borage.
Method
- 3 POUR all ingredients into glass.
- 4 Half fill glass with ice.
- 5 Add a citrus slice and a couple of mint leaves from garnish
- 6 Fill to brim with ice.

History
A fruit cup is less fruity when made with other spirits; while cachaça is distilled from sugar cane juice, it seems to enhance fruity and sweet notes in this cocktail. While not for Wimbledon, it would be a hit in Rio.
