Lime (fresh)
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 MUDDLE lime wedges in the base of shaker to release juice and oils from zest.
  3. 3 SHAKE with 7oz scoop crushed ice and pour all without straining into glass.
  4. 4 Serve with straws.

History

Vodka is used instead of cachaça in this Caipirinha-style drink.
