Ingredients

2 oz Fino sherry
2/3 oz Gin
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
4 drop Margarita Bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

This is a reversed and volumized version of the London Calling. While the name and ratios may be the creator's own (due to London's 'cool' vibe), the cocktail itself was Jennifer Spencer's idea, shared via a comment on the London Calling page.
