Ingredients

1 1/3 oz Calvados apple brandy
1 oz Apple juice
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with dehydrated apple slice floated on cocktail.
