1/3 oz Mezcal
1/4 oz Manzanilla sherry
5/12 oz Celery saccharum
1/6 oz Lime juice
1 dash Saline solution 4:1

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of rest celery stick across rim with a light dusting of celery salt.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
